These "so-called" christianist values voters....do nothing but hide behind flags and bibles

to elect the most odious and horrid human beings to advance their bigoted and sexist ideology.
The only politicians that they insist have morals are ours.
They see nothing wrong with abuse directed towards women or kids because they only thing they worship is mammon. Period.
THEY are the Anti-Christ that the Bible warns us of. They are the Thieves in the Temple.
They are many things but the one thing that they are not is Christian.
True Christians would NOT support this. They can either be a Christian OR a republican.
These two identities CANNOT coexist in one person because they are completely antithetical to the other.

I was run out of the church by these religious charlatans.
My Jesus loves everyone, feeds everyone, accepts everyone, clothes everyone and warns us all of the dangers of the republican party.

" I did not come to judge the world, but to save it." The Rapture is bull shit too. Most of the evangelical shit is just that, shit.

It is so far removed from Catholic and Orthodox teaching it's hard to say they are actually Christian.

Plus:

“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.” (Matthew 7:13,14, NASB)

“Just as weeds are gathered up and burned in the fire so will it happen at the end of this world. The Son of Man will send out his angels and they will uproot from the kingdom everything that is spoiling it, and all those who live in defiance of its laws, and will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be tears and bitter regret.” (Matthew 13:24-43, J. B. Phillips)

Coupled that with:

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6

You need to read your BuyBull.

You don’t know basic Christian theological dogma.

And even if we were to stipulate your erroneous point, Jesus is the gatekeeper to the father, as in, “NO ONE comes to the father except THROUGH ME.”

The Jewish messiah was supposed to be an earthly king. Jesus was of the line of King David (provided you don't believe in a virgin birth) and that supposedly qualified him to become the king of the Jews who would drive out the Romans and their puppet Herodian kings. Remember, that's what he was crucified for. The whole hell and damnation thing was never part of Judaism. Jesus was an observant Jew who preached only to his fellow Jews, so it's unlikely imho that he preached that he was going to be killed in order to save people from a Christian hell.

I've gone on record as saying that there are two types of people who wear a cross:

Those that was one to acknowledge his teachings and advertise their desire to learn and live by them (which is were I'd put you),

And those that are merely flashing their gang colors.

There's a whole book about Jesus, what he said, and what he did. And it's filled with humane/moral concepts that people should read and consider. And, oh yeah, it's filled with a lot of forgiveness and love. (You don't have to be a Christian to check it out.)

Then, there's this "Jeezuz" guy. He's a white guy with blue eyes who wraps himself in American and confederate flags, and loves himself some Trump. He's okay with slavery. He's okay with excluding "The Other." His father, god, is a white, American "Christian" who probably also has blue eyes. Seems that this Jeezuz is basically a guy who does a lot of hating and is just fine with that cruelty thing.

There are millions of Americans who believe in that "Jeezuz." And I have no idea how to cure this horrible sickness.
