Toddler, 2, dies of self-inflicted gunshot with parents not home

By MARK OSBORNE Jul 8, 2018, 3:19 AM ET

A toddler somehow got his hands on a pistol and fatally shot himself in the head in a tragic accident in Fresno, California, on Saturday.

Police told Fresno ABC station KFSN the child was in a bedroom at his home when the accidental shooting occurred. The child's parents were not home at the time, but he was being watched by family friends.

Police said it was unclear who owned the gun, whether it was the child's parents or the adults watching the child at the time.

They would say the tree of liberty needs to be watered in the blood of toddlers for us to be "free".

There's no such thing as an "accidental" shooting.

so many of these deaths go unpunished as a "tragic accident".
I don't ascribe to that bullshit. Tragic yes. Accident no.

that the technology might not work properly when they need to shoot their spouse, an unarmed teenager, a neighbor, someone stealing a pink flamingo from their front yard, etc.

Zman murdered Trayvon Martin about what to tell police if shot shot an unarmed innocent person. Of course, it included that the shooter was afraid for their life.
