OMG. The declaration in Immigration's filing says that they must rely, in part, on the CHILDREN

to provide the "data" showing that they are part of the class affected by the Judge's order for reunification.

The declaration also implies that HHS might not know the names and locations of ALL the children, saying only that it does "in general."

The documents are at this link. Mr. White's "declaration" is the second document. Page 5 is where it says:

16. In general, HHS knows the names and locations of all children who are in ORR care and custody at all times because ORR maintains that data in its online case management portal. The ORR portal includes data about each child that DHS provided when DHS transferred the child to ORR custody. It also includes health and social data collected or entered by ORR personnel, grantees, or contractors. While the ORR portal may contain some data about the child's parents, the ORR portal was not designed to determine class membership or facilitate unification under the criteria and deadlines established by the Court's order. Some of the data required to determine the class membership of a putative class member resides with DHS, while HHS must collect some data directly from the putative class member.

No doubt they went to "the finest Christian people."

Christian Adoption Agency Associated With Betsy DeVos’ Family Takes in 81 Immigrant Children ‘Forcibly Separated’ from Parents

Abbott said agents accompany all children to their foster home, which is helpful. Families are typically given 24 hours or less and are given only the gender and sometimes the name and age of the child they are taking in.

Sometimes we get information about where the parent is being detained and sometimes we don’t,” Abbott said.

They will spend weeks calling detention centers to determine where the children’s family is—a process that used to be much simpler.
Meanwhile, the children struggle with the trauma and panic of being taken from their parents while surrounded by strangers.

Bethany svcs doesn't even know where the kids parents are & considering the nature of their for-profit business, I'm betting they don't put a lot of effort into reuniting the kids with parents.

I read that they keep quiet in a run-around fashion to delay revealing their fostered kids' location, thus meeting the legal wait time (think its around a few weeks) if no one claims them they are moved on somewhere else or adopted for $50,000 a kid.

This Devos Org has locations worlwide so its easy to receive kids & move them around without being tracked.

No one but Bethany Svcs knows where or to whom they were sold since its a private org.
They're very crafty with their child trafficking business.

When my great grandparents immigrated here from Germany, the govt intake worker changed their whole last name and gave her a new first name. We have their old family bible to show their true names, it didn't matter, the gov't made them disappear and it took years before they reconnected to the family still in Germany.

Many of those children were either too young to speak or had a language barrier and no documentation. The government was in a rush to get them out and they had to enter some sort of a name into the computer system, so what did they do about identifying all those lost kids? They ordered DNA testing.
