Including the president! How in world can a one year old child could ever understand what is going on? Pathetic! This administration rolled out a plan without an ounce of thought! After this issue is over, there should be some legal steps to prosecute these morons? My guess it is money making scam and a way to feed Trump's base that they even tried this stun?

At 1 year old there is no way they can get due process without a lawyer or representative. They can't even talk in sentences at a year old, much less comprehend what a court is.
