With all the issues about bots, I have serious technical concerns about the numbers "it" is carrying.
If the numbers were true, why would they freaking president of the United States need go go to North F'n Dakota for applause in a state where 10% of active voters is 15,000 people?
Only thing I can think of is that even the handlers of the pet monkey know they need to put on the circus somewhere where it looks like everyone loves the monkey!
Why go there unless they know the approval rating is faked high?

I'm not seeing the support. Just disdain, disgust, or dispassion
That's why I think something if faking the numbers
Yeah, small sample set, but I'm talking dozens not 5

But of course the idiot media covered it like it mattered

(13,408 posts)It was about motivating voters and n the state. Every newspaper, television and radio news program in the state covered or mentioned the rally. Fox carried it live for the entirety. It was targeted to ND voters as well as Republicans elsewhere. His rallies are not only directed at the small crowds who attend them.

Can't answer that, can you?
Even immigration hard line doesn't have plurality support!

(1,714 posts)because Heidi Heitkamp is vulnerable. I believe the election was just moved from "toss up" to "lean Republican" after his campaign rally.

(64,852 posts)In that state, the voters leaning "stupid" were going stupid anyway
The idea that it talks to 9000 "true believers" makes the difference is mathematically ridiculous
This is all fake

(23,924 posts)seems to me if they wanted to fake his approval numbers they'd do much better than 42% in the aggregate -- take him up to a normative 55% or some such.
honestly i don't think anyone on Trump's side even cares what the numbers are. Trump will just make something up at his rallies if he feels the need.
