If he's able, he'd vote to confirm. These are conservative picks. Any R president would nominate them.

and yeah, though I have my doubts he'd vote against any RW selection, it is nice to entertain that one last statement to Trump from a man who has been very badly treated.

His daughter Meghan is married to the son of one of Twitler White House administrators. He does not want to jeopardize his daughters standing in the cult.

Just one would put it at a 50/50 tie, and Pence would get the tiebreaker.

Of course this all assumes that no Democrat votes for Trump's nominee.

Joe Donnelly (Indiana), Heidi Heitkamp (North Dakota), and Joe Manchin (West Virginia) all voted for Gorsuch.

If they vote with Trump again, we need that many more votes.
