I think people are refusing to believe how bad it will be. It's just a question of how far back before 1930 we'll go.

Actually I don't think anyone has any interest in reversing Miranda. It has become so ubiquitous to the ear that no one really hears it any more.

Police like it because it is a single standard and if you took it away then there would be multiple standards across the country and lots of arguments.

Real career criminals that have been in a couple of times know to just say "lawyer" and nothing else. First timers may try and talk their way out of it but it rarely helps.

There would need to be a new case that goes all the way to the Supreme Court. Yeah, that can happen, but not all that likely.

Roe v Wade does not need to be completely revisited, but states are getting away with all kinds of restrictions done rather stealthily.
