The GD GOP had to make sure they got another enemy of democracy on Scotus . Even if it’s treason? Are they proud to be a banana republic? Because that’s a sure sign

So, I’m not sure what trump has accomplished unless Congress rushes out and enacts such a law.

I’m not endorsing Kav, but if he holds to his interpretation of law and the issue comes up, we are good as far as going after trump.

Now his personal beliefs are that a Prez is too important to be hampered by civil or Criminalm offenses while in office. More importantly, Impeachment is the process if the Prez does something serious. I’d love for trump to be tried for libel or jaywalking, but it may be Democrats next time. So, for certain lesser crimes and civil actions, I sort of agree those need to wait until Prez’s term is up or he’s removed from office. Again, I’d love for trump to be hassled right out of the country, but it may be a Democrat next time.

He’s still impeachable if Congress does its job. And, under current law, it appears Kav would support an investigation or indictment.

Trump’s legendary-in-his-own-mind ability to assess someone’s personality – within minutes, according to him – has proven to be incredibly faulty.

He was “sure” he knew Kim Jung-Un was sincere about denuclearization – he got played. He was “sure” that people like Flynn and Manafort would easily outsmart anyone looking into their activities – they didn’t. He was “sure” Cohen was going to take a bullet for him – he isn’t.

No doubt Trump went judge shopping to find someone he’s “sure” will be in his pocket when the need arises – and all he needed to see was Kavanaugh’s writings on the powers of the presidency to be convinced that he was the man for the job.

The thing about Trump’s “judgment” – or what passes for it – is that it is invariably shallow, based only on self-serving interests and “gut feeling”, and any real scrutiny beyond that is dismissed as a waste of his time.

There’s always the chance that the Dotard’s assessment of Kavanaugh is as off-base as all the rest of his assessments of the people he insisted he had “read” so well.

A lot of Republicans are unhappy with this pick – and that tells me something, too.

Holy pick for the Supreme Court. Trump is not capable of choosing someone or any one. This the Federalist pick. Who are the Federist's,Koch Family,Walton Family, the Billionaires of Wall Street.

This Pick insures Corporate America their control over any and all Peoples and they can pick and Choose who gets to live in the USA and who will never have that opportunity. We just slipped into a Fascist Kleptocracy today.
