He has been negotiating with Trump for months about the right to name his replacement. There was a flurry of 5-4 decisions that Kennedy cast the deciding vote on just a few weeks ago, including a case directly involved Trump, Trump v Hawaii. He sold his vote to Trump so he could name his replacement, this man should be investigated now!

Easily enough evidence to set aside the decisions until a full investigation is concluded. Kennedy was the deciding vote on a flurry of controversial cases a few weeks ago, ruling in favor of Trump in Trump v Hawaii among a hand full of other cases that surprisingly went for the Conservative cause.

Even the appearance of this is enough to investigate. This is a massive scandal, I wonder if the press even cares anymore.

I know the Constitution doesn't allow for this, but Thomas is obviously compromised, Gorsuch was a stolen seat, and now Kavanaugh had Kennedy bribe his way onto the court. Those 3 should be removed.
