and the law can't touch him?
What kind of bullshit is THAT?

The problem is getting the impeachment and conviction from the House and Senate when many/most of the GOP legislators have effectively pledged loyalty to Trump, enriching themselves, and staying in power, over loyalty to the Country and Constitution.

(15,805 posts)He paints a picture of a weak, mentally unstable and unpredictable president who is prone to distractions and can't focus on more than one thing at a time. Kavanaugh thinks the president is so fragile that he couldn't even bear "the burdens of ordinary citizenship". So its OK for the rest of us schmucks to figure op how to cope with all our burdens, but life is just too hard for the frail Enfant Terrible.

(11,882 posts)trump could rape a 13 year old before lunch and murder someone by 4 and have no consequences. Doesn't he understand the rule of law , the constitution , and their oath taking office, and his? Any Senator voting for his appointment to the highest court has no place in OUR government . We will remember those who support him . No one is above the rule of law, period.
