TODAY @SenateGOP is quietly pushing a vote on Brian Benczkowski to head the DOJ Criminal Division. This vote will have MAJOR implications on the investigation into Russian meddling with the Trump campaign and our elections.

Benczkowski refuses to recuse himself from the Russia investigation despite having worked for a Russian bank under investigation for ties to Trump. He also pushed for Comeys firing to AG Sessions while serving on the Trump transition team. Those are clear conflicts of interest.

The DOJ Criminal Division needs a litigator, prosecutor, & legal professional with the experience required to lead the toughest cases facing our country. Thats not Trump-nominee Brian Benczkowski.

We need a leader with a clear strategy to fight these mob tactics.
