Justice Kennedy's son was DT's personal banker at Deutsche, and Mueller is investigating Deutsche.

If Mueller presses charges related to Deutsche, including Kennedy's son, Justice Kennedy would have to recuse.

Instead, he retires now, allowing his clerk to take his place. His clerk won't have to recuse on a case involving Kennedy's son.

And Kushner has his own problems with Deutsche, possibly connecting him to money-laundering.

In early December, President Trump, furious over news reports about a new round of subpoenas from the office of the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, told advisers in no uncertain terms that Mr. Mueller’s investigation had to be shut down.

The president’s anger was fueled by reports that the subpoenas were for obtaining information about his business dealings with Deutsche Bank, according to interviews with eight White House officials, people close to the president and others familiar with the episode. To Mr. Trump, the subpoenas suggested that Mr. Mueller had expanded the investigation in a way that crossed the “red line” he had set last year in an interview with The New York Times.

In the hours that followed Mr. Trump’s initial anger over the Deutsche Bank reports, his lawyers and advisers worked quickly to learn about the subpoenas, and ultimately were told by Mr. Mueller’s office that the reports were not accurate, leading the president to back down.

German bank reportedly has evidence of “suspicious transactions” related to Jared Kushner’s family accounts and is willing to hand the information over to Russia probe special counsel Robert Mueller.

The board chairman of the banking giant Deutsche Bank, Paul Achleitner, called for an internal investigation and found troubling results, German business magazine Manager Magazin reported in its print edition released on Friday.

Deutsche Bank—a major lender to President Donald Trump and his son-in-law and senior White House advisor Kushner, according to Mother Jones—provided the results to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, which is Germany’s bank regulatory agency and referred to as BaFin.

“Achleitner’s internal detectives were embarrassed to deliver their interim report regarding real estate tycoon Kushner to the financial regulator BaFin,” states the Manager Magazin story translated from German to English. “Their finding: There are indications that Donald Trump’s son-in-law or persons or companies close to him could have channeled suspicious monies through Deutsche Bank as part of their business dealings.”

While protecting his son, as best he can. By providing a protégé that seams tailored to his, his son’s and his presidents needs. Nothing to see here. Just because this would bring down a Democrat. Does not mean a republican can’t get away with it and more.

Democrats do not have a Fox News, Heritage Foundation and on and on.

Maybe it is time to bring together environmental, education, heath, reasonable gun control and a foreign affairs think tank into our own government in waiting.

The GOP had better find their spine, or bid goodbye to the conservative bench they have been building for 35 years. Oligarchy doesn't require laws.
