General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI keep reading about how Kavanaugh might vote of various issues, but WHY?
What's the purpose of discussing it?
He will vote exactly the same as the other conservative judges.
There's no mystery. There's no guessing.
Just look at the conservative position and that's how he will vote.
The judges don'e even need to discuss the issues because most decisions are made before it's even brought before them.
They vote goose stepping as a political block, just like all Republicans do.
There may be some obscure cases that justices are divided on but they are always affect a very narrow set of Americans.
Any big issue that affects millions of Americans is decided the way Fox News wants it decided.
And if by any chance he isn't confirmed, the next candidate Trump chooses will be exactly the same.
