I wonder whether senators in red states, up for re-election, should use the ACA

instead of abortion to explain why they would vote No.

Didn't Kavanaugh have some votes or opinions against the ACA?

As we've seen after the elections, all of a sudden many who voted for Trump and with special needs children who were relying on the ACA "realized" what was at stake.

I'm surprised we haven't heard too much of this as of yet. ACA is one of the Right's bugaboos. I know they can be a lock-stepping bunch, but the ACA is one of their white whales.
