A federal court on Wednesday ruled that TSA employees who conduct screenings are immune from abuse liability claims.
The ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit found that TSA screeners are not considered to be investigative or law enforcement officers and therefore have immunity.
Business consultant Nadine Pellegrino and her husband, Harry Waldman, had sued the TSA saying they were victims of false arrest, malicious prosecution and false imprisonment after an incident at the Philadelphia International Airport in 2006.
Pellegrinos claims are therefore barred by the Governments sovereign immunity, and we will affirm the District Courts judgment dismissing this action, Judge Cheryl Ann Krause wrote in the opinion, referring to Appellant Nadine Pellegrino.

It's coming folks... we are already living in a country where "show my your papers" is a thing... not at a border crossing, but taking a bus trip from one US city to another.
They are taking babies away from their mothers who LEGALLY seek asylum in the US... and putting the families into different detention centers and jailing them...
We are maybe on step 3 or 4 out of 10 on becoming a police state.
