Ryan-Backed PAC Reports Massive War Chest

July 12, 2018 at 8:58 am EDT By Taegan Goddard

“A top super PAC backed by House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) raised $51 million during the second fundraising quarter as Republicans look to keep their House majority in November,” the Washington Examiner reports.

“The Congressional Leadership Fund, an outside group dedicated to keeping the House in Republican control, announced that they have raised $93 million during the entire 2018 cycle and have $71 million in cash on hand less than four months until Election Day.”

Why would R's donate to a PAC backed by a guy that is retiring?
Ryan is slime.

ActBlue
Mega-donors get a lot of attention, but their donations pale in comparison to the impact of small-dollar donations. Grassroots donors have raised $932M on ActBlue so far this election cycle! Unlike super PAC cash, that goes straight to campaigns, not just expensive ad buys.
