4. They Know Who They are Dealing With

The reason they will not call hin out to his face is that they know it will not make him be a better person. They realize that if called out he will just get up and walk out of the room. The other world leaders are trying to keep the international order together and wait until Trump leaves office. Also, I think world leaders are worried about Trump moving closer to Putin. I think they treat him with kid gloves because they do not want to push him closer to Putin.
