That Brett Kavanaugh has a tell.

I wish I could find the video I saw where you had to wonder if he really believed what he was saying because of the way his face was responding. He has the strangest facial movement.

First, the lips. Most people manage to have the standard parallel lip pattern when they talk, but Brett's lips reminded me of a cartoon character where the lips are intentionally warbled for effect. They were like two earthworms that were wiggling wildly in order to avoid capture.

But it's that furrow between the eyebrows that wins the day. I know what a knitted brow looks like. It usually happens when someone is deep in thought. I know what a frown looks like. It is usually sustained to tell the observer that the anger will not subside quickly. Brett's eyebrow taint is neither of those. Just watch. It's like puppies trapped under a blanket, like live snakes trapped in a raw dough pie.

It's weird.

The very first thing he did was to tell a lie. He said no President had ever done more research or talked to more people than republican misleader Dirty Donny. LIE. Big fat stinking lie. We know Dirty Donny is lazy. And we also know - for a fact - that Kavanaugh's nomination has been negotiated deceitfully over months with retiring judge kennedy. So lie lie lie lie (R).

Kavanaugh may well be brilliant, as everyone says, but he is also a republican liar. Now that you've clued us in, we an watch for the tells.

I have a hunch this nomination is going to turn out to be a major republican clusterf*ck.

Why isn't the media taking him to task over that statement that no President had ever done more research or talk to more people blah, blah blah.

It's so blatant! He knows he has to float that lie because he was the chosen one, the anointed one, the go to guy from the start. And for one simple reason: They need his vote for the looming Constitutional crisis.

This is the kind of foundation of lies that the media needs to break before the lies set in.
