I know some people here don't like him because he's such a blue dog, but I'll take someone who votes with Democrats 75 percent of the time over someone who votes for Republicans 100 percent of the time.

We may not love all of the votes he's made, but he's done what he's had to in order to win as a Democrat statewide in West Virginia, and he's pretty well on track to do so again.
