The members of that Local have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in time/labor and material working to remedy that situation in Flint. They have received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations for this disgraceful situation in Flint from other Locals that belong to the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters. The main holdup has been the state granting permits. Money Elon, money.
