Mr Duncan earlier was trying to make the case that Peter Strzok's "bias" should have caused him to recuse himself from a case.
My comment: Can we apply the same litmus test to all the conservative Supreme Court Judges?
Presently, some bald-headed Republican with glasses is claiming that he felt Strzok was biased, which is not reassuring that he can conduct himself fairly -- and that baldy's concern was that there were other agents in the FBI that were the same.
This is a Pandora's box for the Republicans as far as I'm concerned, since they have been pursuing an agenda that allows them to step on the process, putting means before the end.

(51,974 posts)pretty idiotic. aside from the fact that everyone's entitled to a political opinion, prosecutors and investigators are entitled to have a bias against the people they see as criminals. in fact, it's what you would expect and, in fact, want.
that's why we have impartial courts and judges.

(9,935 posts)Pretty sure Strzok's supreme takedown of the idiot Gowdy's insinuations earlier answered that question.
The many layers of FBI working on any investigation are set to provide necessary checks and balances. The fact that the loyal to Trump GOP legislators choose to ignore their duty of checks and balances to protect their criminal leader does not mean that everyone is as corrupt as they are.
