"I don't believe I wrote this text, sir."

Did anyone else catch this today? Shortly before cutting off his answer about destabilizing NATO, Darrell Issa asks Strzok to read a text from August 6th, 2016. Strzok says, “I don’t believe I wrote this text, sir.” Issa replies, “Ok, it’s been attributed to you, so we’ll go on to the next.”

Attributed by whom? Did Issa try to slip Strzok a fake text to read on camera?
