At my junior high we were told by administration that we had to wear bobby socks and loafers, usually penny, to school. We also had to wear skirts a little below our knees, no longer, no higher. Anyway, at some point I decided my legs looked better without socks and rebelled. I still wore the loafers, but no socks. All the other girls soon followed suit. RESIST!
