Seriously, how can we stop their propaganda when they basically control half of the country? HOW?

5. Restoring the Fairness Doctrine would help - but that would require taking back the White House

And of course appointing FCC commissioners with the courage to do so.

15. Isn't this the site to express frustration with the GOP?

I feel frustrated and helpless...I want to be able to do more and not wait for it to get worse (it will get worse before it gets better). But thank you for the warning...I bet I have already gotten alerted by the DU jury and it was a fine line.

But if you express any frustration with the Democratic Party, its platform or its leadership you'll be alerted on for not being "pure" enough.

The fairness doctrine itself may now be unconstitutional (due in part to changes in media broadcasting and in part to pro-billionaire judges boosted by the Fed Soc)

But there are many smaller laws or regulations that could be used.
For example, force very open disclosure of ownership of media outlets.

When elected our next Dem reps. If a Dem ran a campaign and this was on their "will do" list that would certainly make me more likely to vote for him/her.

“One of these things is not like the other ones...”

Until we can reign in the propaganda a great deal we cannot get along with the 40% who let the RW media do their thinkingfor them. They are so far gone they will probably admit Fox was right to not tell them about the indictments of the Russians because of the Deep State or George Soros or whatever shite Info Wars comes up with.
