Can Democrats subpoena Nunes if they take the House or Senate?

Can a congressman be subpoenaed by congress for his actions in congress? Nunes was also part of the Trump transition team. Can Nunes be subpoenaed over that? What if he loses? I’d love to see the traitor dragged in from of Jerry Nadlers committee.

impeached or censured by Congress.

If there is evidence that they may have committed a crime they can also be indicted by a grand jury

Article I, Section 6, Clause 1 says: "...for any Speech or Debate in either House, they (members of Congress) shall not be questioned in any other place." So he probably couldn't be subpoenaed to testify regarding his actions in Congress. However, he probably could be questioned about what he did on the transition team.
