If you read the transcript of his answers in that interview, you might end up completely baffled by what he said. And truthfully, that is his goal. He starts out saying something, then immediately starts adding in things (that in his mind are meant to make you think he has a valid point) so that you have a blizzard of off topic comments swirling around in the alphabet soup spewing from his mouth. His comments about his family heritage was meant to burnish his credibility. If you hear the statement it comes across one way. But then you read the transcript and it falls apart.

No wonder his base gets blind sided by his comments. He just babbles and rambles and they think they are pearls of wisdom. He knows for a fact they will never read his comments. It is definitely a technique for faking your way through an interview without ever saying anything of real substance. He also has a habit of redefining words without anyone calling him on it. He says the “EU is a foe. But that does not mean they are bad. It does not mean anything.” I don’t know about you but in my understanding of the word FOE, a foe is your enemy. A foe most certainly is someone you hope to defeat.

Perhaps a glance at a dictionary would help him understand the definition a little better. If someone says I am their foe, I think I can safely assume they are not inviting me to attend prom night. tRump actually said “it was not a bad thing. It means nothing.” Huh? The last time I checked, calling someone a foe is not the way to win friends and influence people.

He is not really that dumb. He is talking to his base while he brainwashes them. They are being retrained by tRump and they have no idea what is being done to them. But their leader has spoken and they obey. tRump is getting his orders straight from Putin and he is checking in with boss tomorrow to get his evaluation. Putin must be very happy with tRump.
