in my former corporate life in big pharma, all I observed was people repeating the same mistakes over and over and expecting different results. I did years of Lean Sigma training - to audiences I knew would never really adapt to using the methods to improve their processes.

So frustrating. As a gardener, I strive to learn from each season and make little improvements each year. So far so good - been doing it for over 30 years!
