he's stomped on treaties and trade agreements. he's signed executive orders to do things unilaterally.
the one major piece of legislation passed and signed was a tax cut for the rich, which was a foregone conclusion the day he stole the election. by all reports, he didn't lead the effort or twist any arms. the only apparent impact he had was sneaking in a further break for pass-through entities of the sort he uses a lot personally.
i guess there was a deal with kennedy for him to retire, though i think that was more mcturtle's brokering. in any event, it's only a consolidation of power and self-preservation, and quite possibly illegal to boot.
seriously, what do the nut jobs even pretend he's negotiated as president?

(9,895 posts)Trump is a grifter of the highest order. He flaunts his "wealth" as if it were actual achievement but you can tell right off by his crippling insecurity that he KNOWS its all bullshit and lives in terror over the world recognizing him for the loser that he is...
Look at it this way, everyone knows his slum-lord racist SOB father stake-horsed him $10M to start off and that he has gone bankrupt multiple times in order to skip out on his debts. Had he simply used and indexed mutual fund and let it ride this entire time, even WITH 1987 and dotcom and 9/11 and 2008, he would have several times over the wealth he claims.
He is a gas station toilet overflowing onto the floor.

(52,221 posts)yeah, the negotiation is out of court.
i know it's possible to have all sorts of arguments about deals he's done as a private con artist.
i meant specifically as president.
agreed, nothing he's learned translates well to the job of president.
