Four teens accept plea deals for deadly I-75 rock throwing
FLINT, MI - Four of the five teens charged in connection with the October 2017 rock-throwing death of 32-year-old Mt. Morris resident Kenneth A. White accepted plea deals in court Monday.
Mark Sekelsky, 17, 16-year-olds Mikadyn Payne and Alexzander Miller, and 15-year-old Trevor Gray will have 10 of the 11 charges they faced dropped and have a second-degree murder charge amended to manslaughter if the deal is accepted in Genesee Circuit Court.
The four teens will testify against 18-year-old Kyle Anger, the fifth defendant in the case, as part of the plea agreement.
Anger did not appear before Genesee District Judge William H. Crawford as his attorney had a personal emergency over the weekend and was granted a brief adjournment.
