finish his investigation. Even without getting to a final report, the information that Mueller does publish will be enough to bring Trump down.

The mention of the magnitsky act is an indication that trump is going to lift sanctions on russia. Flynn was promising that to Putin before the election was decided. With Trump's polling staying low, he can't wait for a better time to lift sanctions.

It's going to come together: shut down the investigation, get rid of rosenstein, lift sanctions.

There is no sign that Putin cares if Trump survives this explosion.
