We all know that most of Trump's base would tie steaks around their necks and follow him into a pond filled with crocodiles, but that group is a minority. The majority of the country is recoiling from the madness, and it's amazing to watch a party have brief control over the government and destroy itself at the same time.

Not too long ago the Democrats had control of the White House and Congress as well. Briefly. Of course Trump supporters are yucking it up while they have this moment, but do they really think it's going to last? Wonder what that raging party 20 minutes before the Titanic hit that iceberg was like? Bet it was a lot of fun. They best enjoy it now because it never lasts. And when that boat is sunk, it will be fascinating to inspect the wreckage. Somewhere at the bottom of that ocean there will be a photo of Trump supporters going Russian.
