(127,317 posts)5. If you look at the link in the tweet, the guy used to be a Democrat
and switched parties after the rep. he worked for (Charlie Wilson) passed away in 2013 (Wilson was a blue dog - I don't know if Wilson actually switched parties as the link said when I researched further). Supposedly the county that he is coming from in OH is one that flipped from blue to red. I.e., it's one of those "Appalachian" area counties that borders Wheeling, WV.
