Jill Wine-Banks just said she looked up the definition of treason today and concluded that it fits

Since it is not clear that our laws would include CYBER war, I think there is considerable question as to whether a legal case could be made.

Do I think he's a traitor? You are damned right. But, I noted Matthew Miller's discomfort when she said that, so I think she may be "over her skis" on this.
