I think that what you say is effectively true. The dark money PACs that say they're for education or whatever. They then go spend all their money on politics and still don't get stopped by the government. They would be a vehicle for this.

I never understood the fawning over Kennedy. He was always a hyper partisan, and would twist himself into knots if it would benefit the GOP. Siding with us in a few cases, no matter how important those individual cases were, will never override the damage that he and his Republican cohots, have done.
