He checks in every morning without fail for his daily intel session from a group of know nothing bobbleheads. He then goes on to spend the day harping on those talking points. I don't even know why Putin and his people bothered taking a victory lap. You don't get a victory lap when you just went up against the Washington Generals of politics.
