#TelediarioEC| @CEstarellasV: "My opinion is that asylum a @Assange was badly bestowed. Ecuador has not won anything because it #Inglaterra always denied safe conduct. Mr. Assange has done what he wanted inside the embassy in #Londres. "

(146,288 posts)I see that four people have already done what the OP should have done and have posted the results. Google gets Spanish to English translation pretty darned well, as long as sentence aren't too complicated or idiomatic.
Still, I see Louise Mensch's name in there. That name can't be translated.

(25,111 posts)Assange can go live with Greenwald in Ecuador.
Apparently, the Ecuadorian embassy is truly getting tired of him.

(14,167 posts)Based on the context, I think the commentator has said there was some bad faith going on with the decision to grant Assange asylum. The whole reason to do it was for Ecuador to get something in return. Instead, Assange has used them and done whatever the hell he wants to do inside the embassy.
Sounds like he might really get kicked out.

(54,372 posts)It's different if you know enough Spanish not to need a translator. What the Telediario was seeming to imply is that Ecuador got the raw end of this bargain, as Assange was given the run of the place, and Ecuador got nothing for their generosity.
