(34,661 posts)them selves in the Pocket Book in a Major way. They just lost their Locals which is the Gravy portion of their Business. MGM has not come close to returning to the same Business Traffic it had before October First. Now with this,the Local's will go some where else. What a PR disaster.

I'm no lawyer, but can't you only sue someone if they caused you injury, damage...?

they are hoping to move all legal action to a federal court instead of state court...
with the ultimate aim of using a federal law on terrorist actions that would prohibit the casino from being held liable.
