This was a civil lawsuit that suddenly didn't happen. The question for me is how much did Michael Cohen have to pay in order to suppress this? Note the dates on the court documents. This may be old news to some of you but the point is, what will the Federal investigators find out from the documents they have obtained from Michael Cohen? There is the implication of homicide which has no statute of limitations. Will this evolve into a criminal investigation on its own? We can only hope so.
