While the NATO meeting in Brussels was an acknowledged triumph, with billions of dollars more being put up by member countries at a faster pace, the meeting with Russia may prove to be, in the long run, an even greater success. Many positive things will come out of that meeting..

His ego is too big for him to admit he was wrong. What do we expect from a guy who doesn't rethink his business practices after the first bankruptcy?
He's not stupid, he doesn't see his failures or flaws as problems. It's easy to reinterpret it as stupidity and it might make someone feel superior. But, it's more dangerous. He is uniformed because he doesn't think there is anything he needs to learn. He has supporters who would rather believe him than admit they were wrong. I think he knows that and his certainty maintains his support. He was correct when he said he could shoot someone in broad daylight and not lose support. He wasn't stupid then and not now. The joke is on us for underestimating him then and a tragic miscalculation if we do it now.
