... arrange a tryst indirectly, but it's unlikely she would be involved in it herself. Too much investment in her placement to risk a sex scandal mucking it up.

She's certainly a flight risk - despite her lawyer's claims at the hearing Monday that she's not because she has known she was a target of an investigation for almost a year and hasn't run. She's a defendant now. Very different.

But that raises an astounding point to me. Meuller and the other investigative and prosecution offices involved are unbelievably sound proof. In this day of leaks everywhere, how in the Hell did this stay unrevealed for so long? Impressive.
