counseling session today I was deciding that I probably have to go out and get hyperactive, now that I can since I am no longer working and also not a federal employee anymore. It's been a while but the survival of all life on the planet is at stake as far as I'm concerned.

That if I didn't direct my angry energy into resisting I would explode. It is beneficial for the country, the planet, the party, and me personally. After a rally I am on a "high" afterwards. Of course it is great exercise for my upper arms too (holding signs over my head and waving nonstop for several hours at a time). My health is going downhill fast so I have to "make hay while the sun shines".

I just was awarded disability in May so I have a new found freedom to be more active in civic responsibilities. I can't pound pavement or do a lot of physical stuff but I am a halfway decent speaker and I know a lot about government and law/policy so I am thinking I'd better put what I have left to use to try to correct this horrible mess.

I was a teacher and can speak publicly without a problem in my environment but when a local news camera comes up to me I get so passionate I come off sounding like an idiot (I have been interviewed a couple of times at the protests). Last night I avoided the news cameras. Since I was an illustrator too I draw well and have good ideas so my signs are pretty good...that is my asset As a former teacher I am used to yelling all day long so my voice really carries well at the rallies too.
