(8,047 posts)Looks like shorts and a sports bra.
Working in an eating establishment can be hot work (no puns please), especially if you do any time in the kitchen.
But yeah, I'd like to see what the guys are wearing, and if management had any suggestions for the women that don't apply to men.
Also, as you say, it doesn't matter what she's wearing. Creep got what he deserved.

(15,241 posts)Just in the last 5+ years the power of individuals being able to document infringements of rights has been a powerful tool to prevent/inhibit blatant transgressions of authority.
I believe that in some societies such as the UK it also serves as a real deterrence to terrorism and other criminality.
But there is a fine line, nay a very blurry/gray line. that separates monitoring events and tracking people and their actions. And we all know that's where authoritarian governments (even democracies under the guise of "national security" ) end up for the purpose of "control".
Anybody remember when the best image of the remembered perpetrator was a hand-sketch? Now it's sifting through peta-bytes of images stored around the world and assisted by incredible technologies. Just like the genetic testing sites pretty soon we'll be able to ask some search behemoth, "Where was my wife last night and who was she with?"

Fortunately I've never had to even think about using a site like this. Fidelity has its benefits.

(3,764 posts)When I worked at a restaurant with a salad bar near the Houston Medical Center. I was cleaning the salad bar and this doctor came up behind me, decided I was in his way and grabbed me by my shoulders and attempted to move me out of the way.
I put my arms up and spun around, basically windmilled him. My manager came over and asked what happened. I told her he grabbed me from behind. He said I was "touchy". I told him he was the one who was touchy, and that he should never come up behind anyone and grab them. I didn't get in trouble, but neither did he.

Once a guy reached up my skirt, I swung around with my fist to hit him, but he was so tall he just leaned back so I missed. She did it right - she must work out or something.

(146,287 posts)A guy at a table grabbed her ass as she came up to serve them. She was holding a pitcher of beer in one hand and four beer mugs in her other. When the guy grabbed her, she turned and emptied the pitcher of beer on his head, called him a "boxhead motherfucker" and had the bouncer 86 the guy.
Best of all, his three friends laughed at him and stayed in the bar. They ordered another pitcher and paid for the one that she had poured on him. The guy never showed up at that place again.
I was so proud of her!

(32,449 posts)Cherwinski is also now facing criminal charges after Holden responded to his grope by grabbing him by the arm, pulling him towards her and then slamming him to the ground.
One of the girl's co-workers then called the Savannah Police Department who sent an officer to the restaurant.
After reviewing the surveillance footage taken inside the restaurant, police arrested him and handed him over to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office on June 30.
DailyMail.com reached out to the Savannah Police Department who confirmed the video of the incident circulating online is the same one officers reviewed before arresting Cherwinski.
Holden (pictured) told Inside Edition she couldn't repeat what she said to Cherwinski after tackling him, but noted: 'I don't care who you are. You have no right to disrespect me'

(13,421 posts)I was hired as a cocktail wait in a restaurant/bar. My first week there, some asshole grabbed a hand-full of my left breast while I had a tray full of glasses. I jumped and dumped the entire tray on the guy. When the owner and bar manager finally got over there and stopped me, I was in the process of swearing and trying to wrap that tray around his head.
The owner threw the guy out, apologized to me, and told the bar manager to teach me how to bartend because he figured everybody would be much safer with me behind a bar. The early 80's were a time when women really didn't get much respect in the workplace--especially in food and bar service--and if you chose to take a stand it could easily cost you a job. Now, it's better, but there are still assholes out there that haven't grown up.
That guy in the video got taken down for grabbing that wait, and he deserved it. My guess is that her reputation is now made in that establishment. I'd be willing to bet that the regulars are high fiving her and laughing their butts off.
