Putin gets 1st refusal rights on all things White House, in return for silence, past debt, or both.
Trump’s business model has been to lease his name to buildings, and allow others to operate the property.
In the same way, seems as though Trump has leased the White House to Putin. Rachel Maddow raised the possibility last night that the Kremlin was rather influential in naming Rex Tillerson Secretary of State… the Russians visiting the Oval Office with no US Press last year… the White House administration regularly out of the loop… all the actions/inactions Orangehead has taken on tariffs, Europe and Canada, and Russia.
Putin gets first refusal on all things White House, in return for silence, past debt, or both. It's an agreement styled in a way Orangehead is familiar with and can understand.
