The GOP is filling the court with unqualified partisans.


Remember the only reason there are many conservative judges is because of billionaire money.

GOP billionaires pay the Fed Soc to find and train the few pro-billionaire law students. It’s massive affirmative action for conservatives. And it means that there’s a lot of barely intelligent ideologues getting confirmed by the Senate right now.

2. Yes - they also look for fundie families who send kids to law school

They don't have to be super-rich families, just anti-choice and anti-LGBT. Maybe anti-minorities too but that's not a requirement. Those kids get fast-tracked to the best law intern jobs, and get part of their tuition covered.
