mnuchin: open to lift sanctions off of russian company
After the huge disaster of the Helsinki summit and the deep concern that trump is kowtowing to putin, they now think it's a great time to lift some sanctions.
This is the aluminum company named rusal where oleg deripaska is a big shareholder.
Steven Mnuchin said on Friday, adding the objective was “not to put Rusal out of business.”
These oligarchs have made themselves too big to fail.
