Pretty damn sucky of the republicans to so glaringly chicken out and fail to protect America's interests.

They know this weasel is doomed and want a record to clear themselves of accountability when it all collapses.

Subtlety is not a strong suit with this crew.

To me this is akin to the Trumpster dropping a new NFL attack to deflect from the rolling charges of treason following Helsinki.

Isn't working. Anyone and everyone working for the Trumpster Administration is tainted with the overwhelming stink of disloyalty to the country.

Putin is a murderous dictator who is trying to undermine trust in democratic institutions and is interfering in elections, in both the US and Europe. And all signs point to Trump being beholden to Putin due to money owed or kompromat, or both. Meanwhile, Trump is alienating allies and poses a national security risk.

That's what I would say, rather than even bothering to suggest Trump might stand up to Putin. Drop the pretenses--let's not pretend like Trump standing up to Putin is even under consideration. We all know it isn't.

Stop with the "I can't understand why he isn't taking a tougher stand against Putin" garbage. And stop engaging in debate those silly Trump minions who argue that Trump is being tough on Russia.

Be blunt and tell it like it is.

... Why the fuck did the DOJ have any contact with the White House about the 12 indictments?. Since when does the Executive branch dictate when the Judicial should carry out its legal authority?. What if trump said NOPE, you can't release them? We're missing something here.

P.S. Since when is it appropriate for the SUBJECT of an investigation to make ANY decision about how the prosecutors are proceeding?. This is nuts.
