WTF? Trump tapes were among privileged material waived by his lawyers?

UPDATE: The Cohen-Trump tapes seized by FBI were among the items shielded by attorney-client privilege. But it was Trump side that waived the privilege, not Cohen. Not sure I understand this strategy; seems to have backfired on WH.

Prosecutors had no possession to leak. Cohen no apparent interest in leaking a bargaining chip with Mueller. So it looks like trump did the leaking, [reported by NYT] perhaps to get bad news out early.

Did you watch the video? Giuliani also did it to screw Michael Cohen so he can't use the tape as a bargaining chip with the prosecutors.

They believe the fix is in and the election is theirs no matter what comes before Nov. I found them leaking it to be alarming.

that Cohen has, but not yet handed over to Trump's lawyers ? If that was the case, not much chance they will hand them over now....it might have been a tester by Cohen's lawyers to see what Trump would do ?
