just a month earlier over same parking space. Police were called. Drejka told the man's boss he would kill him. Sheriff would have a record of this. Why so quick to decide not to prosecute? This guy was trolling to kill someone.

(9,527 posts)It's a stupid law. It specifically presumes that the shooter has the right to "defend" themselves. Basically the prosecution has to be able to prove that the person they killed wasn't a threat to try to prosecute.

(7,016 posts)Stand your ground my ass this guy was tired of carrying his gun around with out using it. They victim was standing his ground to protect his wife by shoving the threat. Should he have shot him instead ? If he had no gun he has no courage and might leave people alone.
