Rand Paul asks Trump to revoke Brennan security clearance

Republican Sen. Rand Paul tweeted Monday that he asked President Donald Trump to revoke the security clearance of former CIA Director John Brennan, who criticized Trump's performance last week at the Helsinki summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In an unusual move, Paul wrote Monday morning that he would meet with Trump to discuss allegations that Brennan is "monetizing his security clearance" and "making millions of dollars divulging secrets to mainstream media." The Kentucky Republican added that he would ask Trump to revoke Brennan's clearance.

Paul tweeted again Monday afternoon following his meeting with Trump, writing that he "restated to (Trump) what I have said in public," and reiterating his earlier statements, while expanding them to include "other partisans."

I'm in BG quite a bit. Have lots of friends there, and many are Republicans too. They say Paul deserved an ass-kicking.

3. Okay, so that's the new talking point against the Intelligence Community.

If they're not kissing up to Drumpf, it's "Monitizing the clearance" or making money divulging secrets (even if no money has actually been made). It'll be a violation of their NDA.
However, if they're kissing up to Drumpf, or writing against the Clintons or Obamas or making Liberals look weak and unpatriotic while actually divulging sensitive material that could get overseas assets killed - well, that's all fine. As long as Drumpf and the GOP look good...

I didn't agree with Ron Paul but he surely didn't seem like such a sniveling little ass kisser like his smarmy son turned out to be.
