Yeah for Lizzie and MJ. MJ is still a long shot but to be this competitive in that seat is amazing Clinton carried CD 7 where Lizzie is running and this race is a toss up

A lot of these are just from "Safe R" to "Likely R" and from "Likely R" to "Leans R" but 8 of them go from "Leans R" to "Toss up"

Current Congressman Evan Jenkins (R) lost in the primary to run against Joe Manchin in the primary.

Manchin is currently the only D in the WV congressional delegation. But Richard Ojeda is going to join him in January. He's leading in every poll I've seen.
